hang in there! :) I'd take a few days off the scale, I was torturing myself the first week with the scale and then combine that with not measuring my food for the first time in 2 years I was a wreck, we are just at the end of week three I am down officially 6 pounds and 5.5 inches over all, the most amazing thing that I have found is that (i do not weigh after eating on cheat day and wont look again until a day or before we weigh again which is cheat day morning) I am no longer losing say 4 pounds one week and gaining 6 the next... a relief.
Finally it has gone below the lowest point, and I am down to 7 lbs. gone! I lost a bunch over the first week, and then weeks 2-3 were pretty stagnate. I think my cheat day will be Sunday this week, so hopefully I can get down to 8 or so total pounds lost before I go back up after cheat day. I also plan to go a little more wild on cheat day than previously. I had a friend tell me that I wasn't going crazy and spiking calories enough.
